Return Policy
Due to the intimacy of products on jadamichaels.com, all sales are final.
You cannot return any item purchased on makelifesexy.com.
Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported via email jada@jadamichaels.com within 3 days upon receipt of the goods.
By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments: Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package; They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn; Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange; Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape; These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.
Due to the quality responsiveness we strive to provide for our customers, if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 10 minutes of placing the order on the website. You must email jada@jadamichaels.com with subject: cancel order # and contact me at 312 515 1437. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing them on our web store, or refused or denied on delivery will be charged a 80% cancellation fee plus any shipping or import costs we are charged for the return of the item.
