Return Policy
Due to the intimacy of products on jadamichaels.com, all sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported via email jada@jadamichaels.com within 5 days upon receipt of the goods.
By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn.Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing them on our web store, or refused or denied on delivery will be charged a 25% cancellation fee PLUS any shipping or import costs we are charged for the return of the item.
Return / Exchange Instructions
If you have a discreptancy in your order, please contact us at 312-278-0003 ext 1 or via email within 5 business days. A Return Authorization form must accompany all order discreptancies. To request a form simply contact us at 312-278-0003 ext 1 or e-mail us at jada@jadamichaels.com. Complete the form and include it with the returned goods. Returns not accompanied with the Return Authorization form will be refused. A copy of the return authorization form, and a copy of the original sales receipt. Returns are accepted provided the item has not been worn, damaged, creased, soiled, washed or changed in any way. The item cannot have an odor or be otherwise returned in an unsaleable condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact. You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage. If you are returning a defective item or an item you were shipped in error, please contact us before returning anything. We might be able to save you any further inconvenience.
