To respect your privacy, all packages are wrapped and shipped discreetly in unmarked packages (UPS, FedEx or USPS boxes). Jadamichaels.com is pleased to offer 4 different shipping options for your convienence. These are standard, 2nd Day, Overnight and Express International. Canada standard shipping is through the post office. Most orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx, unless it is an international package. It would then ship by Express Mail International. If you have an order that you would like to go overnight or 2nd day, please try and place order by 2:00 pm EST (eastern standard time).

All orders will ship USPS, FedEx or UPS within 24 - 48 hours once received unless backordered. Orders within the United States will be charge a one low flat fee of $15.00 for standard shipping. Flat fee for international is $50.00. Jadamichaels.com is a hand picked collection of specialty lingerie from various designers. Depending on how you have customized your order, you may receive no more than 2 discreet packages.

Duties and taxes may be charged to the buyer on certain items and vary by country. Duties and taxes are the customers responsibility.

Please allow up to 2 weeks delivery for items that are out of stock. For Plus Sizes please allow up to 4 - 6 weeks. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for Goddess and custom ordered bras. Customers will be notified if the item(s) requested is on backorder.

• Due to the intimacy of products on jadamichaels.com, all sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported via email customercare@jadamichaels.com or by phone within 5 days upon receipt of the goods.
• By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape. These items are non-refundable unless defective in workmanship.
• Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing them on our web store, or refused or denied on delivery will be charged a 25% cancellation fee PLUS any shipping or import costs we are charged for the return of the item.

If you have a discreptancy in your order, please contact us via email or phone within 5 business days. A Return Authorization form must accompany all order discreptancies. To request a form simply e-mail us at customercare@jadamichaels.com. Complete the form and include it with the returned goods. Returns not accompanied with the Return Authorization form will be refused. A copy of the return authorization form, and a copy of the original sales receipt. Returns are accepted provided the item has not been worn, damaged, creased, soiled, washed or changed in any way. The item cannot have an odor or be otherwise returned in an unsaleable condition. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact. You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage. If you are returning a defective item or an item you were shipped in error, please contact us before returning anything. We might be able to save you any further inconvenience.
